Shipping policy

  1. We try our hardest to provide the quickest shipping possible when you place an order. While most orders get shipped the same day or next day, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship. Orders placed after noon on Friday might not be shipped until Monday if shipping via USPS.
  2. If you have an issue with an order, we ask that you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order (if placed during business hours) or within the first 30 minutes of the next business day (if placed after hours) to make any changes or cancellations. We are open from 9am - 6pm EST on Monday-Friday & 9am-5pm EST on Saturday. We are CLOSED Sunday.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted/hardwood areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring (concrete, asphalt, etc.) as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
  2. Items must be returned within 45 days of date received.
  3. Due to the increase in freight costs, a small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid label is issued by Fox Mercantile. The fee is waived for exchanges. 
  4. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  5. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box or original shipping bag. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.
  6. From the time your item has been received in our store, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as your return is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.
  7. If purchased from a store or event, we can only refund the original form of payment, and only with the original sales receipt. Cash will be refunded with a check. We apologize for any inconvenience. Returns received without a receipt will be returned to the customer.
  8. If you purchased online and want to return it in our store, you may do so for a refund, an exchange or store-credit.
  9. Returns of orders paid by PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method, so you may re-order at your convenience.
